The room was absolutely gorgeous and extremely spacious. We truly enjoyed the wake-up service available. the hotel location was quiet and nice, close to the center. It's very close to the main shopping area, transport around the island, the early Stornaway Ullapool ferry, and Indian restaurants.

Local newspapers and home baking available in the elegant guest lounge were a delightful touch. It felt like stepping into a cozy living room filled with scrumptious treats and interesting reads. The period property's location on a quiet residential street was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet only a short 5-minute stroll to the town center and ferry terminal. Each room provided a TV with Freeview satellite channels, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the surroundings.
Limited luggage storage space.

The double room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the separate bathrooms, featuring a tub, were cleaned daily; additionally, the location was conveniently quiet but close to all the places we wanted to visit.

This hidden gem of a B&B offers a sumptuous single room with a sofa, large TV, and ample wardrobe space. The spacious en suite features a separate shower and bath, with high-end bathroom products provided. The breakfast is fantastic, and guests are made to feel truly welcome and comfortable. The hosts go above and beyond, offering guidance and even packing breakfasts upon request.
The lack of a table for a laptop and poorly located mirrors for shaving could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at a B&B in this city. The location was very good, situated in a quiet residential area but still only a 10-minute walk from the center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy guest lounge where we could relax by the fire with a cup of tea. The staff were extremely sympathetic, helpful, and considerate, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even granted our request for a packed breakfast and woke up early to see us off to our next destination. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the homemade scones and jam served for breakfast were a delicious touch.
There was nothing we didn't like.
